Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of demonstrated work experience in dairy food manufacturing environment
- Valid forklift operating license trough an accredited training institution
- Proficiency with computer
- based soft ware and automated control system
- Perform all required duties consistent with following our established standard operating procedures, to ensure the proper operation of the process equipment to include the pasteurization equipment, tanks, pumps, product lines, valves, fittings and components.
- Perform all required temperature and sampling procedures for each incoming load of milk according to written guidelines and connect appropriate hose from receiving tanks and transfer product to correct silo/tanks
- Operate the assemble milk pumps properly to eliminate product loss.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment as required by company procedures and maintain housekeeping in the milk area.
- Perform all duties in safe manner while observing all standard operating procedure
- Accurately and neatly complete production records and documents
- Support internal and external compliance audits
- Wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Identify and effectively communicate any out of specification product condition. Follow the established notification protocol.

- Must be physically capable ( heavy lifting, pushing and bending required in the role

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: From R35.00 per hour
