**About the position**

The Multi-Skilled Operator is responsible for overseeing and performing critical production processes, and relieving other operators as required. This role includes handling CIP (Clean-in-Place), Mixing, Processing, Pasteurizing, and Milk Receiving. The individual will ensure that all operations comply with food safety, quality standards, and operational efficiency. The role requires a high degree of technical expertise and the ability to operate various equipment essential to dairy production.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- **Clean-in-Place (CIP)**: Perform CIP operations to ensure equipment and pipelines are sanitized and ready for production.
- **Mixing**: Prepare and mix ingredients for dairy production according to established formulations. Operate mixing equipment and ensure proper ingredient handling and accuracy.
- **Processing**: Operate dairy processing equipment, including separators, homogenizers, and chillers. Maintain control of product flow and ensure efficient production in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.
- **Pasteurizing**: Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment to ensure the safe and efficient treatment of dairy products. Ensure that temperatures and holding times are accurately maintained to meet regulatory requirements.
- **Milk Receiving**: Receive and inspect incoming raw milk deliveries, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all production processes, including CIP cycles, ingredient mixing, pasteurization, and milk receiving.
- **Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- **Quality Control**:Monitor product quality throughout the production process.

Conduct regular checks to ensure proper quantity and quality of milk in containers.
