Company Description

CFAM Technologies, a manufacturer of world-class food and feed processing equipment is looking for a **Food & Feed Extrusion Technician**. We are passionate about food security and enable communities to utilize locally produced agricultural products to support food security through extrusion technology. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated individual to join our team.

**Job Description**:

- Sourcing extrusion raw materials for both food and feed industries
- Ordering raw materials, tools, consumables, stationery etc.
- Checking raw material quality for compliance
- Prepping extrusion machinery
- Operating extrusion machinery
- Install, connect, test, and adjust equipment as needed
- Checking for product quality and ensuring the process is compliant
- Conduct product analysis
- Writing of extrusion technology reports
- Do recipe formulations for extrusion processes
- Maintaining the extrusion equipment
- Be willing to travel for commissioning of extrusion plants

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Consumer Sciences / Food Technology
- 2 years experience in Food / Feed Extrusion Technology
- Knowledge of Food/Feed Product Development
- Knowledge of procurement of food and feed extrusion raw materials
- Knowledge of food safety
