Receptionist / Personal Assistant

Our Director is looking for a friendly and helpful Personal Assistant which will double as a Receptionist to the Office.
Duties will include:
- Assisting our Director in performing his duties in IT, Marketing and Project Management.
- Building Maintenance Administration
- Junior Office Management.
- Answering the Incoming telephone lines and diverting calls.
- Basic computer literacy using the internet and MS Office.
He is looking for someone who is dynamic and understands that in todays work environment you can't specialise and you have to be able to learn fast and grow exponentially.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
