- The role will have responsibility to lead and execute on Nedbank Wealth’s Strategy for Adviser Enablement technology and tools and supporting data requirements. The scope includes the full set of technology supporting advisers in client acquisition (leads) management, advice, fiduciary advice and implementation, as well related client and distribution staff impacts. The individual will be expected to deliver operational excellence and productivity through a team of developers and technology experts (architects etc.). In this role you will also be required to take ownership of the adviser enablement technology and tools roadmap as we embark on a full digital journey.**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to formulation of the desired technology strategy.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, work with business analysts and process analysts to document business requirements and develop them into use cases and solutions designs.
- Participate in the co-creation of segmented Wealth Advisory Digital journeys. - Act as the key contact point for the various stakeholders, guiding them through the analysis process and becoming a trusted advisor on what technology products to roll out via our staff platforms as well as all digital channels (mobile apps, USSD, Fintech, Web, etc.)
- Provide technical support to business users on all advice related technology tools via a team of developers and experts. - Enable increased productivity, acquisitions and improve advisor efficiencies through the use of appropriate tools and technology.
- Engagement with various stakeholders to understand pain-points (cost/ time/ quality and risk aspects) relating to tools and technology to enhance the client value proposition and user experience. Implement improvements of features and benefits over time.
- Manage technical aspects such as maintenance, development and capability of the tools and technology through collaboration with the technical team.
- Work with internal and external implementation platform teams to facilitate straight through processing of advice into execution for ease of business.
- Define requirements and work with the data team to deliver data supporting adviser tools and reports to meet distribution BI needs.
- Data sourcing and integration to support all advice processes and client, practice & channel reporting.
- Determine development priorities.
- Manage the implementation of tool enhancements with internal and external stakeholders through regular meetings and agreeing deliverables.
- Own the adviser enablement technology and tools roadmap and KPI's; provide design specifications for tool enhancements to technical agile squads to execute on.
- Set expected performance output by meeting and agreeing with management.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes, systems and policies and support implementation of new processes, policies and systems.
- Understand and embrace the Nedbank vision and demonstrate the values through interaction with team and stakeholders.
- Improve personal capability and stay abreast of developments in field of expertise by identifying training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from managers.
