**An established financial services company needs you**

**Administration Assistance**

Information gathering via Astute system for the Para-Planners/ Private Wealth Specialists

Chase takeovers and send to providers and get confirmation that it is done

Send the Provider Code Application forms for new PWM’s to providers for them to obtain codes & chase

Prepare Power point presentations for new Private Wealth Managers and provide guidance on any other training needs.

Sort, arrange and shred client documentation

Ensuring that documentation on Prime is kept up to date; including fact sheets

**Pipeline Movement**:
Ensure that the New Business Register is kept up to date

Ensure that cases are chased/updated every 3 days

Follow up with CRM's to obtain outstanding requirements

Liaise with Private Wealth Managers to obtain outstanding requirements (if needed)

Ensure that cases move through the pipeline in a timeous manner (Structured Note cases to be prioritized when applicable)

Escalated cases to New Business Manager if no movement or progression is made on a case

**AREA 3: Ad Hoc**
- Creating Reports if requested by New Business Manager
- Pulling valuations
- Special projects as they may arise

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- **2.5 years minimum doing admin within financial services - non negotiable**:

- **Matric**:

- **Business Admin Certificate or related qualification**:

- **Word, Excel Intermediate, PowerPoint**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:

- **Ability to work in a very fast paced environment**:

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R13,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
