**Junior Collections Specialist**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric.
- Advantageous:

- Diploma in Credit Management.
- Own vehicle and valid Driver’s License.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with operational departments and branches.
- Credit control of clients.
- Responsible for cash collection and debt recovery tasks.
- Assist with resolution of client queries.
- Allocating of all payments.
- Checking all customers credit ratings.
- Dealing with both internal and external queries touching outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile and control accounts as directed/allocated by Credit Manager.
- Maintaining client communications and relationships.
