PC Training & Business College, a leading higher education institution, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Campus Manager. As a Campus Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the success of our campus.

**Responsibilities**:
**Campus Operations**:

- Manage the overall operations of the campus, including facilities, classrooms, and resources.
- Coordinate and monitor campus activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient campus-wide operations.

**Student Services**:

- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their academic and administrative needs.
- Coordinate student enrolments, registration, and scheduling processes.
- Oversee student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes student engagement and success.

**Staff Management**:

- Supervise and support campus staff, including instructors, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote professional development opportunities for staff members.
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment.

**Campus Budget and Resources**:

- Manage the campus budget, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate procurement of necessary equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Monitor and control expenses within the approved budgetary guidelines.

**Academic Support**:

- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure the successful delivery of educational programs.
- Monitor and evaluate instructional quality, ensuring adherence to academic standards.
- Facilitate communication between faculty, students, and other stakeholders.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports on campus activities, enrollment, and student performance as required.

**Campus Promotion and Outreach**:

- Develop and implement strategies to promote the campus and its programs.
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and the community to enhance partnerships and opportunities for students.
- Participate in marketing and recruitment efforts to attract prospective students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in higher education administration or campus management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage staff and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of academic processes and procedures in a higher education setting.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in higher education.
- Budget management and resource allocation skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
