**Responsibilities & Expected Results**:

- Registration of receipted bonded shipments.
- (Import / Export - Sea freight, Road freight) to SARS within the prescribed period according to the SARS Act.
- Submission of Cargo
- Processing of VOC's, Customs Refunds & Acquittals.
- Check the accuracy of source documents.
- You are expected to sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered, as well as locate and correct data entry errors.
- A keen eye for picking up errors or potential errors is important.
- Knowledge of Break Bulk & Bulk Shipments
- Processing on Landing Delivery & Forwarding Orders.
- Bond Store control.
- Staying abreast of Industry changes.
- Management of detained Cargo.
- Assist with internal bonded queries and documents requirements from warehouse.

**Required Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of Customs and Excise requirements for movement of goods outside South Africa
- Good mathematical and analytical skill sets.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with ability to assist with problem solving and delivering on expectations.
- Matric
- Logistics Diploma will be an advantage.
- Intermediate excel level.
- Working experience of 4 - 5 years in Operations through Export activities for Medium / Large businesses.
- Sound knowledge of shipping documents & procedures required.
