The Coreline group are looking for a Technically minded individual who has completed a contact center qualification or has previous work experience within a Customer service or IT support environment.

**What you will be doing.**

**Client services**:

- Liaising with clients telephonically and logging maintenance and installation tickets.
- Booking installations with clients
- Rescheduling with clients where applicable
- Improving the customer experience

**Management of Maintenance tickets**:

- Activation of completed installations.
- Trouble shooting of maintenance tickets.
- Providing route cause and timeous feedback.
- Managing maintenance tickets and ensuring tickets are opened and closed.
- Escalations of critical ticket installs.
- Booking and liaising with Technicians
- Ensuring maintenance quality

**Administration**:

- Updating and capturing daily stats
- Weekly and monthly reporting

**Requirement for the role**

Grade 12 or NQF 4 or equivalent

1 - 2 Years call Centre experience within a customer service or support function

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Accountability and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, and communication skills
- Professional customer service skills
- Teamwork
- Ability to analyze, integrate and interpret information.
- Technical skills

**Job Types**: Internship, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
