Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:
Office Beacon South Africa is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will play a

department, focusing on the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) community.

relationships with EMS professionals primarily through phone communication.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct a minimum of 60 phone calls per day to connect with the current

network of EMS professionals using Zoho Recruit.

Leverage social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other channels to

projects.

2. Relationship Building:
network within the EMS community.

3. Database Management:
Consistently record all actions in our recruiting database/applicant tracking

system (Zoho Recruit).

4. Full Circle Recruiting:
administering screening questions, collecting certifications, scheduling

interviews with managers, documenting feedback, extending job offers, and

coordinating new hire orientation.

5. General Administrative Responsibilities:
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:
Education/Certification:

- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- College degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a high call volume environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with a database, preferably Applicant Tracking

System (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams,

Outlook).
- Neutral Accent.

Additional Requirements:

- Comfortable working in the PST time zone (8:00 to 17:00 work hours).
- Recruitment experience is essential; experience in medical terms is a

plus.
