Lodge in Sabi Sand is looking for a Front Desk Agent.
- Assist with the running of the front office
- Will need experience with all Front of House-related procedures (Admin, Reservations, Function Coordinator, Activity Coordinator, Stock Control, Manage financials daily)
- Reception
- Reservationist
- Guest interaction
- Check ins and outs.
- Grade 12
- A Hospitality qualification is beneficial.
- 3-5 Years’ experience in a similar position with a solid track record in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Hospitality systems knowledge
- Must be customer service orientated with excellent people skills.
