**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role in a lodge/hotel
- Opera system knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite
- Experience with the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment
- Understand information quickly and accurately

Description
- Communicate reservation information to the front desk, ensuring that all reservation information is available to all departments
- Process cancellations and modifications and promptly relay this information to all departments
- Prepare expected arrival lists for front of house
- Offer guest information regarding all services, accommodation and facilities
- Ensure effective communication with the support office with regards to reservation details
- Process and post onto Opera all reservation deposits received by EFT, direct deposits and credit cards

Package on offer
- Salary will be dependent on qualification and experience
