We currently provide ICT solutions to over 500 retail outlets, as well as services to the Property Management, Hospitality, Logistics and Legal sectors.

**About the role**

This role will largely comprise of engaging in various client communications as well as provide administrative support to the Carrier and Enterprise teams. This will involve managing administrative tasks, project management, billing, vendor management and most importantly customer excellence

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- UC, OLA and SLA align 3rd party Vendor and Sales management.
- Managing expectations, relationships and deliverables from key and important vendors to meet all stakeholder requirements timeously and as per specification.
- Showing active involvement in 3rd Party link monitoring/utilization for managed capacity links
- Ensuring regular meetings with 3rd Parties are held and minutes drafted and communicated, in order to ensure all stakeholder relationships are managed.
- Taking specific ownerships of UCs by managing and driving all escalations to vendors and communicating outcomes toward CSI.
- Assist with client and vendor site access when required, provide relevant order documentation to clients to place orders, tracking of all last mile link orders.
- Project Management - assist Project Manager with tracking ordered links.
- Full accountability of managing the deployment of 3rd Party services on order and completion.
- Co-ordination of vendor staff in alignment with Reflex clients and project management teams
- Administrative assistance - assist Sales, BUs & Product Managers with certain feasibility checks and request quotes.
- Process and submit 3rd Party cancellations, including billing to be removed.
- Attending to monthly recons
- Submitting and monitoring 3rd Party changes
- Assisting with billing queries
- Revenue assurance between vendor and customer accounts, to ensure we recover the spend
- Update of Reflex internal systems: Zoho, SharePoint, CRM

**Education, Experience and Skills**:

- Grade 12
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in administrative/service delivery role
- Excellent Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Assertive and able to “gets the job done”
- Excellent administrative skills
- Able to cope under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Planning, organising and time management skills
- Team player
- A professional appearance and approach
