The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the internal end-users are supported as well as the Installation and maintenance of company hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure to ensure business sustainability and good end-user experience.

**Responibilities**:

- To set up and manage user accounts and permissions to consent access to a network.
- Setting up the Organization’s computer system to meet specific business requirements.
- Monitoring day to day computer performance.
- Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment.
- Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, biometric, Printer, AV systems connections.
- Ensure desktop computers interconnection seamlessly with diverse system keeping in mind for compatibility factors.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
- Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems.
- Manage Office 365 services such as OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Outlook etc.

**Key Skills**:

- Experience with Microsoft 365 tenants & associated management & support,
- Networking knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS,
- Network security administration experience,
- Ability to Install, maintain, optimize, and configure software, including Windows operating systems and settings,
- Good communication skill and ability to liaise across all levels of the organization,
- Ability to work independently and as part of team,
- Ability to work overtime as operationally required

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Microsoft Certifications, CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+
- Drivers license Code B,
- 5+ years’ experience as a Desktop Support Technician, Network Support Technician, Systems Administrator, or similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and desktop software installation, troubleshooting, support & maintenance
