Our **Tooling Client** is currently looking for a **Personal Assistan**t located on the **Bluff, Durban**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and business engagements.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for the executive and team members as required.
- Maintaining a well-organized filing system for documents and records.
- Assisting with financial tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Conducting research and gathering information to support decision-making processes.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Undertaking special projects and assignments as directed by the management team.
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Contributing to the enhancement of office processes and systems to optimize efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 and Diploma or Certificate in Administration advantageous
- 3-5 years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.

**Salary**:
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bluff, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
- Personal Assistant: 3 years (required)
- Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments: 3 years (required)
- Office administration: 3 years (required)
- Taking minutes of the meeting: 3 years (required)
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications: 3 years (required)
