**Key responsibilities**
- Installation, support and maintenance of Customer Access hardware and software with problem solving when required by external customers
- Follow technological improvements and opportunities in line with policies and directions of regional IT to make better use of ESS tools to support our business
- Ensure an optimal performance of ESS systems through a follow-up of the predefined Service Level Agreement with the Business Units and determine the improvement areas and implement these as necessary
- To implement ISO and Global SOP standards and procedures at all times.
- Giving proactive and/or reactive support to external users about all requests on Customer Access systems
- Provide support for customer integration solutions
- Assist with UAT’s and RTP for ESS
- Implementing projects for the DHL customers according to their requirements
- Preparing monthly ESS reports for local management and Global ESS team
- Office visits for internal trainings and installations
- Caring for customer satisfaction in a relationship which may require face-to-face interaction under problematic circumstances
- Achieving the ESS targets set for any given period
- Ensuring cross functional training to ensure consistency of penetration in country
- Periodic customer visits at least once a quarter
- Setup a ESS help desk in country that can support customer queries
- Conduct periodic country visits to ensure consistency of the rollout of the tools as well as customer integration approaches
- Make sure that Service Calls relating to Customer Automation systems are dealt in a timely and appropriate manner, and fulfilled whenever possible.
- Distribute a monthly ESS newsletter to all stakeholder providing details of status against plan, new and up and coming initiatives, eShipment penetration and status of actual versus plan against targets.
- Analyses complex problems
- Deconstructs multidimensional elements of a problem into their component parts and then adopts a pragmatic approach in recommending alternative solutions
- Generates solutions to address business challenges
- Critically evaluates the potential shortcomings of solutions and identifies ways to alleviate and manage the long-term implications
- Grasps the inter-relatedness of problems confronting the business and responds effectively.
- Motivates others to achieve well defined strategic objectives of the business by providing clear focus and direction
- Drives team to achieve stretching goals and targets
- Encourages latitude for team to exercise discretion and supports them in taking calculated business risks to achieve business objectives
- Recognises development needs and creates opportunities for individual growth
- Planning, managing and preparing the efficient use of ESS systems at Customer Access sites.
- To integrate quality into the business by ensuring that every customer contact is a demonstration of absolute dedication towards providing first time ideal solutions for the satisfaction of customer’s immediate and future needs.
- Assist with customer integration solutions
- Forges enduring business relationships based on mutual interest with all impacted stakeholders
- Relates well and maintains sound professional relationship with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally to the business
- Builds teams with an appropriate level of commitment and mix of skills and talent to achieve desired business outcomes

**Minimum Requirements**
- Education & experience_
- University degree in Management, Computer Studies, or equivalent
- Intermediate English is must
- Negotiation & Problem solving skills must be high
- Planning and Organizing ability must be high
- Project Management skills must be good
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ESS Tools
- Staff Management of a minimum of 3 years
