As an Order Management Controller, you will be the vital link between our valued customers, dedicated sales team, and our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing Orders:_
- Process customer orders in Syspro, Filemaker & Flowgear against allocations per customer.
- Track shipments for customers with couriers until delivery.
- Control and manage customer back orders.
- Daily stock transfers to customers and different locations.
- Billing / Financial Services:_
- Invoice customers daily on Syspro.
- Make sure every day that orders are billed and if they are not billed, escalate the issue to the warehouse.
- Service & Sales Support:_
- Generate daily reports for customer purchase orders captured and weekly backorders
- Arrange pick-up requests from customers approved by Business Unit Heads.
- Communicate effectively with customers

**About You**:

- Qualifications:_
- Matric certificate.
- Experience Required:_
- Practical experience in a sales administration role.
- Familiarity with working with different currencies.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Key Competencies:_
- ** Systems Knowledge**: Proficient in processing orders in Syspro, Flowgear, Filemaker & Freshservices
- ** Attention to Detail**: Diligent with all daily activities.
- ** Team Orientation**: A collaborative team player within the Order Management team.
- ** Problem Solving**: Determined to resolve issues effectively.
- ** Customer Service**: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
