**Responsibilities**

**Efficiences**
- Ensure line efficiencies
- Look for blockages
- Look for leaks at feeding pipes
- Stir tanks 3xtimes per day and night
- Report negative deviations
- Check wheels of tanks
- Control of temperature
- Control seconds of dossing tanks
- Tip tanks for production
- Working shifts

**Housekeeping**
- Clean as you go
- Make sure no flaking paints on floors or equipment
- Make sure equipment is always clean
- Make sure no syrup on floors

**Health and Safety**
- Wear clothes that was issued to you
- Wear earplugs
- Wear gloves
- Drink water as prescribed (legal requirements)
- Forklift licence

**Qualifications**
- Matric or NQF 4
- Mechanical aptitude
- Communication - written and verbal
- Problem solving
- Physical stamina
- Mental strength
- Proactivity
- Interpretation nd analyzing the data to optimize machine reliability
- Ergonomics
