As a Board Cutter, you will be responsible for accurately cutting boards according to specifications outlined in cutting lists. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all materials are prepared efficiently and meet our quality standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret cutting lists to prepare for board cutting accurately.
- Operate cutting machines safely and efficiently.
- Measure and cut boards to specified sizes with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Assist in quality control to ensure that finished cuts meet company standards.
- Be willing to work overtime when needed to meet project demands.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a board cutter or in a similar role.
- Ability to read and understand cutting lists and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in operating board cutting machines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Must reside in or near Paarl or Wellington.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
