**About We Whiten**:
We Whiten is a leading teeth whitening brand with multiple locations across the U.S. Our mission is to expand our team of brand ambassadors who will help promote our services in their local communities. We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to help drive lead generation through TikTok.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Duties**:

- Use TikTok to identify and engage with potential brand ambassadors in designated areas.
- Reach out via TikTok messaging to introduce and promote We Whiten’s ambassador program.
- Follow a structured outreach approach to establish connections with prospective leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and all communications.
- Submit leads to our team for review and track their progress.
- Meet or exceed lead generation and recruitment goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of TikTok, including its features and best practices for engagement.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting effective outreach messages.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with influencer or ambassador programs is a plus.
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales is beneficial but not required.

**Compensation**:
This is a commission-based role, where you will earn a commission for every lead you successfully submit.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Commission

Pay: R260,00 - R350,00 per week

Expected hours: 6 per week
