**Role Overview**:
Do you have a passion for energizing social media and connecting with people? We’re searching for a dynamic and motivated Social Media Lead Generator to elevate our online visibility and engage with our community. This role focuses on outreach and building relationships rather than just content creation. If you’re driven, proactive, and have a knack for sales and communication, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Post pre-planned content three times per week.
- Engage with our audience by monitoring, responding to, and interacting with comments, messages, and mentions.

**Daily Outreach**:

- Send out at least 100 messages daily across 3-4 company Instagram profiles.
- Build connections with potential clients, partners, and influencers to foster relationships and drive growth.

**Sales and Engagement**:

- Use your sales expertise, including cold calling, to generate leads and opportunities.
- Motivate individuals to visit our locations for teeth whitening sessions.
- Work within a structured compensation system to achieve sales targets and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong written English skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior sales experience, particularly in cold calling, is a plus.
- Available to work 6 days a week and effectively manage multiple accounts.
