**Who We Are**:
We Whiten is a dynamic teeth whitening brand on a mission to brighten smiles and build confidence.

**About the Role**:
Do you love the energy of social media and enjoy connecting with people? We Whiten is seeking a motivated and resourceful Social Media Lead Generator to strengthen our online presence and foster community connections. This role focuses more on outreach and engagement than content creation. If you're a driven self-starter with a talent for sales and communication, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Publish pre-planned posts three times a week.
- Actively engage with our audience by replying to comments, messages, and mentions.

**Daily Outreach**:

- Send at least 100 messages per day across 3-4 company Instagram accounts.
- Build relationships with potential clients, collaborators, and influencers to support growth.

**Sales and Engagement**:

- Use your sales expertise, including cold outreach, to create new leads and opportunities.
- Promote in-person teeth whitening sessions to boost bookings.
- Meet sales goals within a structured compensation framework.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Sales experience, especially in cold calling, is a bonus.
- Availability to work 6 days per week and manage multiple accounts effectively.
