- **LLB / B-Com Law with Minimum 2 years’ experience**:

- **Labour Legislation**:

- **Sound knowledge of applicable HC legislation: LRA, EEA, BCEA, SDA**

Valid SA Drivers’ License
- Assist with Drafting a wide variety of legal agreements
- Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company
- Provide commercial legal support
- Assist with all the administrative duties
- Assist with the analysis and review of legal agreements
- Assist with ensuring (internal & external) compliance with laid down guidelines, policies and procedures; investigate issues of non compliance as may be required.
- Escalate non-compliance and provide input to remedy where appropriate.
- Perform any Ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Implement a file management system for all active cases and clients

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month
