Client Services Administrator

-Introduction
Through our client-facing brands Metropolitan and Momentum, with Multiply (wellness and rewards programme), and our other specialist brands, including Guardrisk and Eris Property Group, the group enables business and people from all walks of life to achieve their financial goals and life aspirations.
Role Purpose
To provide effective and efficient service support to our Administration environments as well as to other Stakeholders by receiving, evaluating, and responding to client queries timeously.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF level 4
- 2-5 Years' experience in an insurance administration environment
- Intermediate Excel skills is preferred
- Employee Benefits administration experience
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring that we receive Full Mandatary data for your Portfolio of schemes
- Ensuring that we receive Full PPR data for your Portfolio of schemes
- Processing Terminations and providing required information to the FSCA
- Processing Investigations when requested from Administration environment
- Ensuring that Full Mandatory data is received and forwarded on to Pricing for review purposes
- Assist Internal and External Auditors
- Converting schemes from Census to Non-Census part of Data conversion project
- Projects as defined by business when need arises
- Assist clients efficiently with their requests through displaying the Momentum Metropolitan values enabling client retention and satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a smart client experience
- Ensure all risks are mitigated and escalated when dealing with client requests
- Keep abreast of MMH product and legislated changes in order to effectively and accurately assist with client queries
