ABOUT THE POSITION
TRADE FACTOR GROUP is looking for a RECEPTIONIST to join their team We are looking for an individual with strong communication and telephone etiquette skills, must be highly organised and can prioritise tasks. This position is a great opportunity to obtain a diverse set of skills.
Based in Durban
Full time Office based role; Monday - Friday, 07h30 - 16h30
Salary is dependent on skill and experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric is a minimum requirement.
1-2 years similar work experience
Computer literate - Proficiency in using common office software, including MS OFFICE.
DESIRED SKILLS
Experience in data capturing and administration.
Highly proficient in Excel
Must be organized and systematic.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
DUTIES
Responsible for managing the general administration of a company, including managing office operations
Managing the day-to-day operations of an office, including overseeing office cleaners, security guards, and coordinating events.
