Technical Machine Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Provide detailed technical advice and support to customers, ensuring they understand how the company's machinery and equipment can meet their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Travel to visit potential clients, attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
**Key Skills**:
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Technical understanding and ability to learn and present complex products.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven working experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the technical or machinery sector.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of mechanical products.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
