HR Rewards and Systems Officer

**SALARY**: R550k per annum + benefits
**1. JOB DETAIL Designation**: HR Rewards and Systems Officer Department: Human Resources department Upward reporting relationship: Assistant Rewards and Systems Manager Downward reporting relationship: None
Possibility to grow into the role and laterally move into managerial role.
2. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION To analyse and identify opportunities for enhancing the business processes, assist in maintaining data integrity in all HR systems by conducting routine audits and analysing data. Implement and manage a Time and Attendance System, E-Learning System and manage the integration of the Performance Management System into the HRIS. In addition to the HR systems the position will also be exposed to the Clients Remuneration processes.
**3. QUALIFICATIONS Required (not-negotiable)**: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, HR or related field Advance MS Office Advantageous (nice to have): Advanced Excel

**4. EXPERIENCE Required (not-negotiable)**:
3-5 years of HRIS experience 2-3 years experience in Remuneration and general HR
2-3 years Project Management experience
**Advantageous (nice to have)**: - Knowledge of payroll and systems
**5. KNOWLEDGE Required (not-negotiable)**:
General knowledge of IT software and hardware packages - Advance knowledge of HR infrastructure and the relationship of HR systems in supporting an organization - Advanced knowledge in using analytical, statistical, dashboard and/or business intelligence packages - Knowledge of building HR Analytics - Advanced knowledge of Excel - Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint - Advanced knowledge of Word - Advanced knowledge of Google - Working knowledge of BCEA and LRA

8. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
1. Implement and manage a Time and Attendance systems to ensure successful delivery of accurate human capital metrics for the business and to ensure data integrity. 2. Liaise with and manage suppliers to ensure effective service delivery. 3. Train Managers and Human Resources employees on Time and Attendance to ensure competence 4. Assist with the rewards and remuneration review processes in order to ensure achievement of Client objectives. 5. Assist with the coordination and maintenance of the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure effective administration of the systems.
9. DETAILED OUTPUTS OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
1. Implement a Time and attendance systems to ensure successful delivery of accurate human capital metrics for the business and ensure data integrity. o Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate system report writing tools. o Act as main point-of-contact for all ad-hoc and scheduled report requests. o Summarize and translate report data into organized and useable/actionable content to drive strategic decision making. o Assist in the development and maintenance of HR dashboards in the HRIS system to help influence and drive strategy, automating the delivery where possible. o Maintain data integrity in HR systems by conducting routine audits and analysing data. o Collaborate with IT department on the maintenance and support of data interfaces with internal business systems and 3rd party vendors. o Coordinate and communicate plans and activities with others, as appropriate, to ensure a coordinated work effort and team approach. o Implement and manage a Time and Attendance system. o Implement and manage an E-learning platform o Provide support and training after the implementation of new or existing systems.
2. Liaise with and manage suppliers to ensure effective service delivery. o Act as a liaison with suppliers to respond to end-user issues, test new products and customize solutions.
