**Job Summary**:
As a UX and Market Research Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive UX and market research activities. Your responsibilities will encompass handling day-to-day UX research operations, from recruitment and planning to coordinating usability tests, observing and running tests, documenting insights, and presenting outcomes to stakeholders. Your support will be crucial in maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our users' digital habits, behaviors, and needs, contributing to the achievement of research goals set by the UX lead.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** UX Research Operations**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute day-to-day UX research activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- ** Usability Testing**:

- Conduct usability tests, both moderated and unmoderated, utilizing a variety of research methods to gather meaningful insights.
- Observe and run tests, making real-time adjustments as needed to ensure the quality and relevance of data.
- ** Insight Documentation**:

- Document research findings and insights meticulously, providing a comprehensive and clear record for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with the UX team to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
- ** Reporting and Presentation**:

- Generate detailed reports summarizing research outcomes, including key findings, trends, and user behavior insights.
- Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, fostering understanding and collaboration.
- ** User Digital Habits Analysis**:

- Support the UX team by maintaining an up-to-date understanding of users' digital habits, behaviors, and needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into design and development processes.
- ** Collaboration and Support**:

- Collaborate with the UX lead and other team members to define and achieve research goals.
- Provide support in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the UX research process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline).
- Proven experience in conducting UX research, including usability testing and user interviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and stakeholder presentations.
- Proficiency in UX research tools and platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
