**Privately Owned Villa - Hoedspruit, Limpopo**

An exciting opportunity awaits for a young and extremely capable Villa Manager who enjoys the wilder side of life and would like the challenge and rewards of supervising a privately owned safari villa for the owners and their guests.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in tourism management is Essential. Any chef Qualifications or experience extremely beneficial
- Proven experience in running a lodge/property without supervision, to a schedule and with integrity.
- At least 3 years experience in a senior position in the hospitality industry at a 4/5* luxury lodge.
- Must be young, fit and healthy
- an all-rounder that can multitask
- Must understand how to logístically plan for a group of people
- will be doing the shopping, errands, planning etc.
- Capable of cooking simple, great tasting meals for up to 15 guests
- menu planning and execution.
- Great knowledge in regards to general maintenance of a camp (plumbing, electrical etc.) and how to maintain the property on a preventative schedule
- Proven financial and administrative skills
- Able to keep track of the finances and budgets
- Excellent PA abilities
- Proven operational skills in regards to managing a small lodge
- Valid driver’s license with own vehicle essential
- First aid/ Health and Safety Certification
- Mature, Responsible and Detail Oriented.
- Very hands on, leading by example in every way and self-motivated
- Must be excellent at trouble shooting and adapting to the circumstances.
- Must be excellent at supervising a small team of staff running the villa seamlessly.
- Proven to be Professional, Competent and Confidential.
- This is a niche position dealing with potentially difficult VIP clients. You must be prepared for the unexpected and adapt accordingly and diplomatically.

**Package on offer**:

- Salary: R20 000 neg D.O.E
- Accommodation provided on site (no children/pets).
- General 3 weeks on /1 week off type schedule (although flexible)
- To be discussed with the right individuals
