**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is advantageous
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- ** NB experience handling local and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, car rental, shuttle service, etc.).**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain high professionalism and integrity.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.

**DUTIES**
- Assist with preparation of documents, editing, proofreading, prepare presentations and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks - expense reports, office supply management, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, maintaining office equipment, supplies, website, and contracts to ensure a clean and organised work environment.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and maintain positive relationships.
- Plan and coordinate company events and meetings.
- Human Resources support, assisting with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to various teams as needed, assisting with projects, presentations, and other tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic, including employee records, contracts, and other essential documents

**Salary**: R negotiable dependent on experience
