We at RCL FOODS are in search for a receptionist to join our Logistics Division. The role will be based in Bedfordview and report to the Admin Controller. Vector Logistics is looking for an incumbent to ensure that all callers and customers are taken care of and that a good business image is given to the public.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Answer, screen and forward all incoming calls.

Maintaining/Updating of HIP System with regards to changes

Running requested reports on the HIP system.

Ensure reception area is always neat and tidy.

Ensure visitors are attended to as soon as they arrive at the office.

Booking of Boardrooms.

Responsible for the capturing of parcels to be couriered. (DSV)

Issuing and controlling of stationary and stationary register.

Receiving, checking, and signing for all deliveries.

Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries.

Locking up of the office and arming the alarm system daily at 16H30

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric

2 years ‘relevant experience

Diploma in Business Administration
