**Hospitality and Outdoor - Housekeeping Manager - Luxury Resort - Bela Bela, Limpopo**

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role in resorts or Lodges
- PC Literate (MS Office) essential
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and Procedures
- Full competency on Health and Safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Sound leadership, time management and communication skills

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Complying and implementing all Statutory Compliances for team
- To ensure both internal and external communications in the department are effective and professional
- To oversee all HR procedures for the department
- To manage all housekeeping administration - rosters, leave cycles, collections and drop offs, meetings, scheduling etc
- To set standards, measure staff performance and train where necessary.
- Ensure that duties given to team are adhered to and completed efficiently - rooms and area checks apply
- Ensure all deadlines are met with ease and professionalism
- Strict control and issuing of all chemicals and stock
- Controlling and monitoring all housekeeping stock on INNkeeper
- Ordering and receiving of stock
- Ensure the smooth operation of laundry department
- Ensure all SOP’s are adhered to al all times
- Checking all equipment is working and in excellent condition
- Compiling all weekend, month end, incident and injury on duty reports
