**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Assisting guests upon arrival & assist them during their stay
- General administration & clerical duties
- Liase & manage housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are tidy, neat, clean & stocked
- Stock control for housekeeping & resort shop
- Sales for resort shop & assisting day-visitors

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12 (matric)
- Age : 18 - 28
- Must stay-in on the premises when you are on duty
- Ability to remain calm during a very busy environment & must be excellent in multi-tasking
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong communication skills in English & Afrikaans
- Must have a valid driver's license & own transport
- Strong computer skills & experience in Exel, Gmail & Online booking websites
