**Job Description**:
As a Street Recruiter at InDrive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential Drivers who want to join inDrive, which charges the lowest commission in the e-hailing industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Street Outreach: Walk the streets of Johannesburg, Pretoria, and townships to proactively identify and approach potential drivers who want to fight injustice, with fair prices.
- Engagement: Strike up conversations with individuals, build rapport, and explain the opportunities available to make money at InDrive.
- Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads
- Develop and oversee recruiting or referral programs
- You find new drivers, help them register, and activate them.
- Activation means, you follow up with them after registration, they need to do at least 2 trips a week.

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment practices is a plus.
- Ages 18-35 years old.
