Cape Town, South Africa Training Force Full time

Inherent requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields / disciplines:

- Human Resources Management / Development
- Industrial / Organisational Psychology
- Business Administration
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork

Preferred requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Computer literate (MS Office)

Duties and responsibilities:

- Co-ordinate and compile the annual Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report in line with relevant SETA and B-BBEE Strategic requirements
- Set up meetings with potential clients to address their concerns and requirements and advise on the best training solution for their needs specifically focusing on discretionary funding opportunities
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on the best training solution for their needs
- Coordinate and support all processes, arrangements, and requirements for (not limited to): Learnerships, Apprenticeships, Skills Programme, and all other related new schemes
- Ensure that all reports including but not limited to cost reports, are accurately compiled and submitted to the respective stakeholders within the set deadlines and target dates
- Coordinate and compile funding reports on a weekly basis
- Provide accurate and meticulous recording and submission of Discretionary Grants
- Coordinate any related surveys, communication, updates and regulatory audits in view of grants
- Ensure that all compilation and submission of Skills Development / Management Control, B-BBEE related reports enquiries and surveys are accurately completed and submitted on time to relevant stakeholders
