We’re looking for a proactive **E-commerce Admin Assistant** to manage the day-to-day operations of our online store and sales platforms. If you have a keen eye for detail, basic website editing experience, and are comfortable updating product information, images, and prices across multiple platforms, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing across our e-commerce platforms (including the website and any relevant marketplaces).
- Upload and edit product photos to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Monitor product inventory, availability, and adjust listings accordingly.
- Assist with regular audits of the website to ensure accurate product information.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure all product promotions and updates are timely and accurately represented.
- Troubleshoot minor website issues and support with content updates.
- Ensure manufacturing sector is ontop of orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar CMS).
- Basic photo editing and formatting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and optimizing product descriptions is a plus.

Pay: R6 500,00 - R8 000,00 per month
