Responsible for providing insights on financial implications and opportunities through the creation and running of analytical models based on critical business questions in relation to the cost-benefit of capital and investments into BCX. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Develop the capabilities, frameworks and models needed to provide the analytics linked to capital and investments.
Create analytical models based on critical business questions and provide actionable insights that will assist BCX to optimise return on investment.
Support initiatives and projects that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
Analyse projects and investments that typically involve multiple systems, new technologies, significant business impact and risk, and multiple stakeholders who may have competing and/or conflicting needs.
Collaborate with various Finance teams to conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, financial modelling, and feasibility studies, to support decision-making for strategic projects.
Track the progress of finance strategic projects, measure their success, and adjust as needed to ensure they meet their goals.
A minimum of five (5) years’ working experience in finance within an investment environment.
OR
A minimum of seven (7) years working experience in finance within an investment environment.
Certifications CTA/CA (SA)/ CIMA or equivalent Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Span of Control
