OP1 Core Description
Carry out the identification, logging, resolution of client and system generated issues / queries, order processing and billing disputes. This is to be achieved in accordance with service quality standards. Drive a positive customer experience. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Respond to action items and other forms of customer order requests.
Analyse customer requests as well as validate all required documents. Capture orders according to the customer contract, paying particular attention to pricing.
Escalate order fulfilment enquiries to SDM and/or project management teams
Accurately bill completed orders according to contract billing schedules.
Receive, analyse and resolve customer disputes related to billing and invoicing.
2 Years relevant experience in incident management, order processing and customer service environment. Certifications Relevant Certification will be an advantage Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
