**German Sales Account Executive (JB3263)**

R35 000 - R40 000 depending on experience
**Duration**: Permanent

**Overview**
- The ability to read, write and speak German and English is essential.**Minimum Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medium-to-large entities.
Fluency in English and German is essential.
Comfortable approaching senior decision-makers and building stakeholder maps for complex deals.
Ability to tell engaging stories about successfully initiated large deals.
Strong commercial and technical understanding.
Familiarity with different sales methodologies and the ability to select the most effective approach.
Adherence to established company policies and procedures regarding information security.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Drive growth in the Swiss market by acquiring new customers and developing business opportunities.
Manage various prospecting channels to generate interest and engage potential enterprise customers.
Own the acquisition process, from initial contact to planning and executing pitches, defining offers, and negotiating contracts with enterprise customers.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry news, technologies, trends, and opportunities related to identity verification solutions.
Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and success directly to the management team.
Demonstrate a good understanding of the sales process and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit robust interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Maintain organizational and reporting skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to reaching targets.
Embrace teamwork and create a positive and enjoyable working environment.
