To receive all products and packaging from suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- To receive all products from suppliers in standardised manner
- Check for discrepancies in quantity between goods received and delivery note
- Check product for quality deficiencies
- Supervise and assist in offloading of goods
- Receive goods into storeroom and sign off delivery note
- Liaise with buyers regarding incorrect deliveries
- Coordinate return of reject materials
- Ensuring that the receiving door is secure at all times
- To capture delivery note on Syspro system
- Maintain high standards of safety in the receiving area
- To maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the receiving area
- To assist with general or ad hoc duties.
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in receiving of goods
- Valid Forklift License
- Knowledge of Syspro
- Ability to deliver faultless work
- Excellent communication, problem solving & time management skills
- Quality, safety & results focussed.
