Assisting the Creditors Team in managing Creditors book:
- Processing all pod, matching pods to correct load on our online platform
- Maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure PODs are received on a timely basis from
- transporters
- Receiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and pod
- Supplier reconciliation if required by the assistant accountant
- Requesting pods by means of emails and phone call
- Any other request by the Accountant or Assistant accountants
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Telephone duties, this entail answering and directing calls.
- Any other ad hoc duties required.
- Matric
- English & Afrikaans essential
- Strong administrator with 3 - 5 years experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A knack for keeping operations running
- Good communication skills
- Customer centric
