Our global Reward team plays a pivotal role within Games Global by examining Reward practices through the lens of culture and employee experience. We ensure that our reward strategies align with strategic initiatives such as enhancing engagement, fostering harmonization, driving change management and transformation, and promoting incentivization.

Overall purpose of the role:
As a Reward Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the design, analysis, and administration of compensation and benefits programs within Games Global. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, conducting insightful analysis, and providing recommendations to support decision-making processes related to grading, compensation, promotions, benefits, recognition, and equity. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and optimize reward initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations and governance standards

What you'll do:
Data Analysis and Modelling:
Responsible for data input, analysis, insights, and modelling to support decision-making processes regarding grading, compensation, promotions, benefits, recognition, and equity.

Create compensation models, including midpoint, pay level, and job families, as per business needs.

Conduct market pricing of new and current positions based on geographical location and review proposals for appropriate pay band assignment.

Provide key information for reporting to the wider Reward and People team.

Grading and Compensation Processes:
Participate in grading roles, ensuring documentation completeness and educating managers on submission requirements.

Ensure accurate benchmarking and provide detailed analysis to support business decisions.

Submit annual salary reviews to external providers

Provide analysis for promotions processes, ensuring budget availability.

Benefits Administration:
Analyse benefits data, extract trends, and observations from internal surveys and external sources.

Administer benefit programs, including membership review, invoicing, day-to-day administration, data collation, and primary analysis.

Support the introduction of new benefits, suggest changes, and communicate benefit offerings to staff.

Operational Support and Process Improvement:
Monitor the reward inbox, answer queries, and escalate issues to relevant team members.

Process payroll inputs, act as a primary contact for flexible benefits, benchmarking queries, holiday administration, and long service awards.

Contribute to recording processes, implement compensation and benefits programs, and help to identify process improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Compliance:
Partner with the wider People & Transformation team, managers, and stakeholders to provide rationale and guidance for reward-related decisions.

Assist in managing expenditures related to reward programs and ensure compliance with regulations, governance, and legal standards.

Be key contact for employees and managers regarding all reward-related matters.

Advanced Excel, Previous Reward experience, processing large data - Essential

Strong analytical skills - Essential

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills - Essential

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Essential

Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis, including data analysis, modelling, and benchmarking - Essential

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance or related field - Desirable
