**The Role **We are a dynamic group of companies looking for a highly professional and orchestrated personal assistant. You will be supporting the executive team.

**Position in the **organization: Reports to CEO and COO**

**Main Duties**

**Experience as a personal assistant**
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Distribution of mail
- Taking minutes
- Arranging and coordinating meetings/events/telecons/Video conferences

**Team focus **Makes team goals a priority and actively contributes to their achievement**
- Is proactive in identifying opportunities to support team members in delivering outcomes
- Ability to work within a pressurized environment and adhere to tight deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
- Computer literate with proven proficiency in MS Office and Windows XP (word, excel & PowerPoint)

**Critical Competencies Knowledge**
- Possess an understanding of corporate understandings and processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Extraordinary time management

**Qualifications**
- A relevant industry qualification would be advantageous but not a necessity

**Minimum Requirements**

Attention to detail is paramount
Deadline driven

Presentable and effective timekeeping

Ability to work independently with good reporting procedures

Ability to prioritize
Must be strong on conceptual design
Good communication skills
Great fluency in written and verbal English
Positive problem-solving attitude

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
