**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a highly creative, competent and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, taking responsibility for the organisational roll out of the marketing plans, events and strategies for the various business units
- Ensuring that all marketing activity is executed in accordance with agreed strategies, objectives, and standards
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and events with the operations team
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, events and activations with tenants, CSI partners and BOO Out of Home Media
- Roll out of all below the line marketing activities (events, activations, launches etc)
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Sourcing innovative and effective marketing materials and opportunities.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities.
- Have a good understanding of sales, negotiation and operations management (OHASA).

**Work Experience Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in, Marketing, Business Management, or Public Relations (essential)
- A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience (essential)
- Prior experience in the property marketing industry (Retail, Hospitality and Commercial) advantageous
- Fluency in EnglishProven working experience in marketing management spanning branding, advertising and communications, event management, PR, and other associated marketing disciplines.
- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, events coordination and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Strong sense of urgency, and willing to work flexible hours
