Core Description
Manage the provision of integrated converged communications solutions for the business unit that achieve BCX strategic and operational goals and objectives. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Develop and implement integrated strategies for converged communications, collaborating with a range of business unit and BCX stakeholders to align relevant goals and objectives.
Coach, lead, motivate, inspire and develop employees within network solutions, ensuring that all teams understand the overall vision, direction, delivery process and responsibilities for assigned initiatives, aligning team and individual goals and objectives to achieve group results.
Responsible for all aspects of assigned budget and P&L performance, collaborating with other relevant business unit leaders to support the achievement of business unit and BCX revenue and EBIDTA.
Collaborate with relevant business unit leaders to support the successful conclusion of suitable commercial opportunities.
Identify and monitor Network Solutions service level agreement key performance indicators, collaborating with internal and external employees and stakeholders to implement solutions to performance outside agreed parameters. Core Functional Skills & Knowledge Revenue Management Customer Orientation Business Management Sales Pipeline Management Strategic Management Core Behavioural Competencies Job Match Culture Match Leading and supervising Formulating Strategies & Concepts Planning & Organising Delivering Results & Meeting customer expectations Deciding & Initiating Action Minimum Qualifications NQF 7: 3 year Bachelors Degree in Business or Information Technology OR NQF 4: Grade 12 Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage NQF 8: Honours Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology NQF 9: Masters Degree in Business or IT/Engineering Experience
8 years of experience, of which 5 years is at an executive level, with specific relevance to Netwok Solutions
