**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and overseeing the delivery of marketing projects. This role is perfect for someone who is client-focused, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and client satisfaction are paramount.
**What You’ll Do**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to execute client projects and ensure alignment with client goals
- Monitor client performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights that demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our services
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to maximise client value and agency growth
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention rates
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within a marketing or digital agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to resolve client issues efficiently
- Familiarity with digital marketing services, including SEO, paid advertising, and website development
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data and insights to clients clearly and effectively
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a commitment to client success
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in account management, project management, or client services, preferably within a marketing or digital agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads), and website development
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, and project management software like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights to clients
- Prior experience in collaborating with internal teams, including creative, design, and development, to deliver successful projects
- Adaptable and proactive, with a positive attitude and a commitment to client success
