As the Marketing Director and Events Coordinator for the Red Lights Choir, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the choir's overall marketing strategy, brand identity, and successful execution of events. This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Annual Marketing Strategy:
Develop a comprehensive annual marketing strategy that aligns with the choir's objectives, enhancing its visibility and engagement.

2. Campaign and Event Calendar:
Formulate and maintain a calendar of campaigns and events to strategically promote the choir, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence throughout the year.

3. Brand Strategy:
Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that effectively communicates the choir's identity, values, and unique offerings.

4. Marketing Budget:
Formulate a relevant marketing budget, utilizing analytical skills to assess the music industry landscape and identify potential competitors.

5. Industry Analysis:
Conduct ongoing analysis of the music industry, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform strategic decision-making.

Meticulous attention to detail in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying the choir's message and brand identity.

Ability to effectively use digital tools for marketing purposes, including social media platforms, analytics, and other relevant technologies.

**Job Type**: Part-time
