Classic Luxury Tiles and Bathroom, a distinguished name in the building industry, is expanding its internal marketing team and is actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Director in executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the entire group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Coordination**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including social media content, blog posts, and promotional materials.
- Manage and update content on digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Support the development and execution of social media plans to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and analyze trends to inform strategy.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Manage logistics, promotional materials, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in analyzing data to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports, highlighting key metrics and offering recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Maintain open communication with the Marketing Director and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficient in content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Highly skilled and strong understanding in paid media on Meta and Google
