**Introduction**

Our client based in Durban, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The successful incumbent will provide efficient and professional marketing coordination and support to the Marketing

Manager, Head Office, and franchise network in support of the business strategy.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Marketing Collateral Management_

Update and maintain the pricelist for marketing items, corporate clothing, and sales aids.

Process orders for personalized franchise items and other branded elements.

Handle relationships with suppliers providing branded items.

Organize supplier meetings, request quotations, and negotiate costs to fulfill procurement needs.
- Events Management_

Coordinate events by booking venues and ordering marketing materials.

Liaise with event organizers for bookings at shows and exhibitions as per the marketing plan. Handle event contracts and logistics.

Attend marketing events, shows, and exhibitions. Arrange photo shoots and video opportunities for marketing purposes.
- Marketing Support_

Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks.

Coordinate marketing projects and activities as needed.

Collate and update marketing materials.

Manage sponsorship requests and coordinate approved sponsorship events within budget.

Create marketing welcome packs for new franchise owners.
- Advertising and Branding_

Receive and submit advertising and branding requests following corporate identity guidelines.

Work with graphic designers to ensure artwork for various platforms is accurate.

Conduct site visits for photography and video opportunities and collaborate with photographers/videographers to meet project requirements.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Marketing Degree or National Diploma (3-year) or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years Marketing Administration experience.

Good attention to detail and able to produce work of a high quality.

Highly organised with the ability to follow tasks through to completion.

Assertiveness skills.

Problem solving skills.

Self-starter — has the ability to work unsupervised and manage own time and activities.
